Just completed Mass Effect 3. I enjoyed it a lot right up to the last five minutes.

Then I just got mad and can't even look at it anymore.

I knew it.

EDIT: Oh and I finally started playing Deus Ex on PC. Really good so far, but the controls are a bit hard to get used to.

Playing Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD on the PS3. It's great that you can put your PSP saves of the game onto the PS3 but because of this you don't unlock any of the trophies. So I have to re-play the whole game on a new save. But it's a lot of fun so I get my money's worth in the end. My next game will be Resident Evil Raccoon City. :P

I can’t bring myself to hate Unleashed because parts of it (the Daytime stages) were really fucking fun, and because that was the first game in which the series stopped taking itself so seriously and started developing a more cartoon-ish style.

It was a major departure from what the series had been up until that point (the last game before Unleashed was Sonic 2006), and set the path for Colors and Generations.

But yeah, too much of that game was done wrong for it to really be classed as good.

I did. A lot. The answer is still yes, though.

The day-time stages are just way too fast for me in Sonic Unleashed. I just don't have the reflexes to react to things, I'm always dying. And drifting is so broken. And the night time stages... oh my word. Literally half an hour's effort goes into a stage, you die on the boss at the end or fall down some stupidly placed pit and lose all of your score, taking away that nice S rank you were aiming for.

I really hated Sonic Generations despite giving it multiple tries.

If there's one thing Sonic Adventure had that Generations doesn't it's heart. If you played through Gamma's campaign and didn't feel anything, you don't have a soul.

Sonic Generations is the first Sonic game I have ever bought.

Fun, but I'm stuck on Egg Dragoon, seriously fuck that guy.

Generations has heart but not in an “emotional storyline” way. It’s full of neat little jokes and secrets made specifically to reward long-time fans, all the environments are recreated with as much love and attention as possible, and the remixed music is to die for. It was absolutely a labor of love for Sonic Team.


You’ll find the last boss even more infuriating then!

The key with Dragoon is to take it slow. You don’t get a chance to hit him very frequently, so make sure you can stay alive between those chances.

You’ll get most of your hits in during that walljump section, so make sure you don’t jump straight into the falling ice blasts or you won’t have enough time to try again. You can also get a hit in at him in the running section by using the ramps to get up onto the rails at the sides, then staying on them until you hit a spring.

Thanks for the tip, I beaned him and then...got really bored during the fight with Time Hunter. Rest of the game was great fun though, pity there aren't any more levels.

Tearing Geths apart on Mass Effect 3, doing some squad-based tactics action in Rebelstar Tactical Command for GBA and playing Bejeweled 3 until doomsday.

No. It's just really fast movement which is not a good enough premise for the game, and the rest of the gameplay just sucks a fat dick.

I'd like to say that he just doesn't like popular things, but I'm not really one to talk there.
