I thought it was interesting too, until I read the following in the description of the Dropa Stones:

The spiral groove, it turns out, is actually composed of tiny hieroglyphics that tell the incredible story of spaceships from some distant world that crash-landed in the mountains.

30 seconds on wikipedia will explain away any and all of those items.

No traceable, credible evidence for the reality of the Dropa stones exists or can be proven to have existed in the past.
