For the past few months I have been heavily involved with The Oddworld Wiki. In the past it had a reputation for being a steaming pile of shit and that reputation was deserved at the time, but I felt that it could do better. So I set out to turn that wiki into something our little fan community could be proud of. If you know what the quality of the wiki was in the past, I think we can all agree that it has been improved ten-fold since then. Many of the articles have been rewritten, improved, cleaned...

It's been on intensive care for a few years now, but I think it's safe to say this place is pretty much dead now. Off-topic is literally filled with 14 'forum game' threads out of the 21 threads that still qualify to be shown with the '100 day' filter on. And those haven't been posted in for over a month.

I remember when there were actual discussions going on there. Threads where we all lunged at each other's throats for having an opinion different than our own. Remember all those...

Back in may I have been registered on OWF for exactly 10 years. Somehow this went right past me and none of you assholes have been kind enough to remind me.

Fuck it. I just spent 15 minutes typing a review of SimCity only for the forum to tell me I can't post in a three month old thread and disposing of my post. Alcar, fix it.
