This is a follow up to my last blog post Can everyone just chill out.

I decided on the 30th October to deactivate my Facebook account and I haven't had one shred of doubt about it since. I feel happier and waste less time scrolling through my feed. I still use social media, just Snapchat though, as it's my main communication with friends.

Haven't missed out on any events (yet) like some said I would.
I also have a tonne of time on my hands at the moment and...
