That’s hardly a new idea. I’ve hated Valentine’s day for many years (although now I’m rather nonplussed), and the anti-Valentine’s sentiment will go back decades. You have to accept that something as despised and sickening as love will not have a holiday dedicated to it that everyone can appreciate.
