Octopuses are cuddlier than scrabs, on equal footing with paramites and headcrabs at the top of the cuddliness lists.

I have no idea where the rape thing comes from. If anything the lifestyle of scrabs seems to make them more inclined to rape each other, if such a verb can really be applied to such animals, real or no.

Have you have basically just asked how octopuses are associated with rape? Because I don’t want people answering that with pictures. Not here. Please no.

The only pictures I've ever seen involving octopuses have been both consensual and of historical value.

You have to spot the difference between mindless spontaneity and the result of (as you say) "mighty intellect". Though it can be surprisingly and worryingly subtle.

Besides, octopus don't have tentacles. They have arms. So do squid, but they have two tentacles in addition to their eight arms.
