The webpage design course is the worst one of the whole school.

Seriously, fucking bollocks, not coding neccesary, it's more about how well you can use powerpoint and excel than anything else...the website is actually an eportofolio and never even gets a web address.

Sorry to ruin it for you.

We've already got the booklet thingy though, it says to use dreamweaver. It doesn't say anything about Powerpoint or Excel. The only office thing we are using is Word for the design and proccess of making the website.

Oh yeah, it doesn't get made at school much btw, it doesn't get it's own web address because there's no point, you'd have to go through the ftp stuff which would be too boring, plus I'm in Year 8...

You have to use some adobe programme instead of photoshop but everyone uses paint anyway.

I don't mind dreamweaver. I like it. But only the code-view. Using design-view to make a website is stupid.

That or notepad++ ... Notepad++ is nice, free and lightweight. And it has numerous colorcodes.

I already have Notepad ++ but it seems kinda pointless for a joke site that isn't even it's own domain. It's hosted by a different site, I didn't want to use webs though. Webs is for NOOBS!
