Or rather, refined the idea and gave it a marketable name.

And then the U.S. stole it for the use of holding Japanese Americans during WWII.

I thought RuptureFarms was inspired by unsafe meat factories and diamond cartels.

I've seen the "real London". I also saw the "Real Doncaster" and "Real Scunthorpe." While I was visiting England my "guide" was sure to take me down all the less-touristy-trodden areas of the palces we visited so I could see "The Real England"

I thought I was going to get mugged in Doncaster- my friend says, "You really overdressed- I told you to dress DOWN."

I was also helping him move, and we hopped a couple of trains at night without tickets, carrying massive bags and carts loaded with stuff. He was legally blind and therefore couldn't drive. I played "mentally disturbed" and he played "deranged old man"- the conductor ignored us out of discomfort at the thought of having to deal with us.

It's funny how when people urge you to see their "real" country, they send you either to the empty or grossly over-populated parts where almost no sane person would choose to live.
