You are waaaaaay behind the times. Hand of Odd was just planned, and as far as I know it never went into production, this is old news. Steef's Oddysee... Well, I've never heard anyone talk about that. And Zanus? What the?
Look around the forums. Lorne has confirmed there will be an Oddworld movie, but it won't be happening just yet.

Hand of Odd was put aside more than seven years ago, I wouldn’t worry about that. Steef’s Oddysee is Stranger’s Wrath. Zanus? Never heard of it. If you mean Fangus, then that was also put aside in 2005. Just because there are a lot of rumours going around, doesn’t mean that any official information should be cast in doubt.

OWI said they are going to work on making games, films and TV series that share ‘digital backlots’: the same 3D computer models are used in all of them. So far we know they’ve been working on a Citizen Siege film and games, but this was recently described as being in ‘development hell’. We also know they’ve been working on an episodic Machinima series, but there have been no details about this, nor the Oddworld game they’ve been working on with Jeff Braun. They’ve also been working on getting the Oddworld games up on Steam. They’ve done very well in their new download format, and the Steam fun isn’t over yet.
