My hands blew up

A firecracker I was trying to light definitely just exploded pretty much in my face. My ears are still ringing.

Nopers. As a matter of fact, it didn't hurt at all when it blew, I just saw a (huuuuuge) flash and then I was knocked back a step. This was also indoors, by the way.

I hope you haven't developed permanent tinnitus x_x It can be quite annoying having constant ringing in your ears. I have it... Well. I dont find it annoying cos I've had it my whole life and I only found out it was not normal about a year or two ago when someone burst my bubble.

Why were you lighting a firecracker indoors anyway? Also firecrackers don't explode. They pop and tickle you.

I live in a country where you can legaly buy much bigger fireworks. The traditional smallest type firecrackers, which are no doubt the same kind that's the only one allowed to be sold in the US, have no punch at all. There's no real danger in letting them explode in your palm.

The shit that's still sold here legally can dent a traffic sign and the stuff sold legally just over the border can blow them right off.

Take that.
