Representatives Shultz and Windschitl have introduced House File 2291, a bill that excludes LGBT students from the protection of the Safe Schools Law, effectively legalising the bullying and harassment of those students.
I don't see it ever being successful, even if by some ground-shaking leave of intelligence in Iowa allows it's passing, the Supreme Court will shoot it down with prejudice. Won't they? Jesus Christ. |
