An ignoble return.

Hello, my querulous friends. I have been too long away from you all. Or perhaps not long enough. I will soon find out.
My time in absentia has bent spent well, for a certain definition of "well". Cleaning mossy cars and long-forgotten recesses of my old and filthy house. Getting in people's way by mistake and design. Engaging in mighty battles with the public transport system. Attending counselling with fair-to-moderate enthusiasm. Suffering wanton abuse at the hands of a two-year-old. Incinerating scions and their Collector masters. Utterly failing to acquire gainful employment. Abusing the electoral system for fun and profit. Aching. And I have come to a well thought-out and thus suitably vague conclusion that could change the course of my life for the better. I shan't be sharing it for reasons of childish pique, but I have invited myself back into your fold as a reward. Please let it be a reward. Lectures in natural philosophy to follow. That is all. |
