Oh Snow

Posted 01-20-2010 at 12:17 PM by Pilot
Snowing like the dickens out right now. Big juicy fluffy flakes that make a semi soupy mess once they hit the ground. I hope this inclement weather clears up before the weekend because that's when I'm going to Arizona to trailer back the Pontiac.

Oh, and my Red Bull smells like B.O. for some reason.

You live in Nevada, you cunt. I've been living in complete white for a month and a half, and will continue to for another month and a half, if not longer.

Last week here was T shirt weather, actually. The weather has been fluctuating wildly....

P.S. lulz on the living in white... and loving it.

It's cold as hell, and everyone says it's been better than usual.

Snow is pretty though.

I wish we had snow. All these 30+°C days means; constant air-conditioning and a fucking humungous power bill.

Heating costs a hell of a lot more than air conditioning.

ours has buggered off, now. apparently more to come but at the moment it looks more probable we'll get rain, as there's no snow on the ground at all. sky looks full of it, mind.

I don't know what the humidity's like in Michigan, but here in Nevada it's silly to refrigerate your air. Swamp coolers/evaporate coolers are the way to go because the air here is so dry and costs they cost nearly nothing to run.

Obviously they don't work in humid climates.

Snowing here too. The way I remember, there wasn't this much snow in the previous few years - at least here. It usually started to snow in late February.

Good amount of snow and public transportation on strike: that was the deal here a weak ago. Quite neat when everyone's having exams and all.

We got more snow yesterday. For an entire week the heavy stuff had caused chaos (GRIT!) and now we got some light stuff.
