	That's either edited, or an episode in which time is stopped during a catastrophic warp-core breach while Captain Picard is high and useless. My vague memories of the series indicate that it is probably the latter.

	At first I thought it had to be the first season episode where they all got the virus that made them act drunk and randy (even Data!). Then I realized that the collar on Picard's shirt isn't the really low and weird one from the first season. So, that's not it. You caught me! I'm a nerd!
