Hmm... It' better to be sad for a reason than be sad for no reason. Try and find out why you were sad in the first place and when you do investigate even further. At some point you'll find a solution.
And speaking of questions, why is there two of these?

...Are you serious? Because if you say that for attention or sympathy, people will just laugh and move on. The bunch of exclamation marks isn't helping either, it makes you look nooby ( No offense ) and draws negative attention, kinda like when I walk with my head low and show fear and low self esteem.

As for the train thing: I doubt seriousness since I can't see why you'd be that sad (then again I don't see your every move 24/7 or your life so meh), but if you are...That's just one of the worst things you'd do. Think of how that driver would feel. Train brakes take a while to make the thing come to a halt. You might as well eat explosives. Unless you lie down and don't get hit by something you'll suffer a painful death from getting sliced by wheels, crushed or blunt force trauma, i.e train goes smack and you break loads of bones or go splat.

Back to the driver, he's presumably gonna have it hanging over his head the rest of his life that he 'accidently killed' a young person horribly. Won't be his/her fault, but logic is gonna fail for a while with something horrific like that. It could start a chain of suicide or affect someone for the rest of their life...Then again, I don't think they even drive trains in the train anymore (there goes that) but someone is gonna be watching it (though a newspaper report said they've been falling asleep).

Its awful to lose a child or loved one, so there's another reason not to. Your parents/family etc. Secondly, if you're just bragging or lying so people will care, lemme say something from experience - pride will destroy you and ruins things. I know I'm a hypocrite in saying this, but screw what other people wrongly think of you and screw your pride.

Next, if its really that bad for no reason it could be clinical or manic depression, though I believe its more to do with something you're semi-aware of, eg the forums bad attitude. I don't know if they have Childline in Italy but its kinda sucky anyway, too quiet, can only answer half of the calls and hangs up if they don't know what you're saying (0800 1111...In Britain, anyway).

Finally...Well I forgot. I'm gonna look like an epic fail, but its just in case, good luck n' stuff. I think it would at least knock some sense into you about thinking of using trains like that 8S.
