Just did a bit of weight lifting.

It's nothing much and it's probably not going to make a difference, but I felt like doing something.

Really looking forward to moving to the coast. Spent a four day weekend there last week. Loved it the entire time.

Took the tennis rackets up there so that me and my parents could play a bit. Wasn't expecting to play for long, and after a minute I realized that I had pretty much no skill with it, but I had fun throughout it.

Got a great workout from it too. My lungs felt like they were bleeding, but I didn't care. Going up again next weekend. Probably going to do more of the same.


Meanwhile, I'm seriously neglecting my classes. Real estate is going... Alright, I guess. But I've gotten so disinterested in economy that I haven't even picked up the book in a long time.

Ive found exercise helps when you're feeling down, as its hard to feel depressed when you're fucking exhausted.

Exercising is definitely better for boosting your mood than sitting around on your ass. Like what Nate said, there's a 'high' you get when you pass your threshold and push yourself. I started running and I have a lot more energy for the rest of the day.
