I'll be on stage.
Groupies in the front row clawing fruitlessly, desperately up at me.
You'll wave your banner.
I'll spot you; wave back.

I'll leap into the aisle and run up the stairs towards you.
All heads will turn; where am I going?
I run to your row, but you're in the middle.
You always did have to be awkward.
So I squeeze past all the seated people. They're amazed that I'm so close to them, but they're embarrassed by all the heads and cameras turned towards them, so they don't make a scene.
And I get to the middle, where you're sitting.
And I go:
"Oh hey, how's it going."
It's not really a question. Just a friendly greeting.
And then I go back to the stage.

And then, when it's all over, I go back to my trailer.

And there you are.
A small smile.
A tasteful fade to black.

Beautiful.
This is what he thinks Eurogamer Expo is going to be like.

I'm still working at it. I live on two salads a day, and go to the gym after work every day. I'ma be sexy. Well, as close to sexy as it's possible for me to get.

Well, you're lighter than me and I ride my bike every day, go to the gym several times a week and eat reasonably healthy. I just seem to be incapable of changing my weight.

I'm pretty happy with it. If you guys remember, when I first started trying to lose weight I weighed 202. I've now lost exactly 30 pounds.

6 foot and 154lbs, come on porky. Not quite there yet. ;D

I've actually suddenly put on a huge amount of weight and I'm not sure why, I've got from 10st to 11st in about 4 or 5 weeks, that's 14lbs. I don't mind as I am because that puts me at an ideal body-fat to weight ratio and my BMI is right in the middle, but I can't fathom what caused it and whether or not I'll put more on.

Gonna turn into a tubba-guts. D=

173cm and 60kg more-or-less.
(5' 8" and 132lbs)

That's the same weight I was 5 years and 50cm(1' 7") ago. I am seemingly incapable of gaining weight despite never exercising and not being particularly healthy. Every bit of weight on me is fat, though, as I have no muscle.

I fit into 28" pants, which makes clothes shopping a pain. I often have to settle for 30" - 32" and a tight belt.

You're kidding, right? Only stupid Brits use stones. Everyone else in the world uses kilos and is smart enough to use Google to convert metrics without needing to plead for help.


EDIT: I mean everyone else in the "isn't an American" world.

No, I was suggesting we were going to stone you.

To analyse the joke, you were criticising the British use of the stone weighting system as old-fashioned and outdated. I pretended that you were referring to the use of stones as a form of punishment, as that would also be superannuated. Naturally, the punishment for the criticism of a stone-based judicial system would be stoning.

And then STM did the same joke, though if mine was as unclear as you found it to be, I don't blame him for that.

Oddly enough, I think entirely in metric, and have a poor grasp of imperial measurements... apart from stone.

Yeahhhh... the problem there is that 'against the wall' implies being shot. You should have said 'in the pit'.



FUN FACT: The biblical death penalty of Stoning actually meant having a large, flat boulder placed on your body, then further rocks placed on top until you were crushed to death.
