Ar, I know what you mean and I hate that.
Do something you enjoy that you haven't done for a long time (with your friends if possible); don't just do the same thing you do all the time. I dunno, go somewhere you used to like to go or find an activity to used to enjoy. Don't isolate yourself; it'll only get worse. And challenge yourself to do without internet and computer games for a weekend, 'cus internet'll make it worse, too.

I'd say try going out into the country but that might be me-specific.

Anywho, I agree with Splat, too much internet and PC is pretty bad, but it's hard to kick the habbit. Get some fresh air, that'll make you feel better, go hiking or something with your friends.
