Basically, a lady is walking down the street when she sees a woman bloody in pajamas looking for her baby. She points in some random direction, the woman-ghost wanders off. then she turns around and it runs right at her, and she passes out. Basically a lady in the area leapt off a balcony due to killing her kid or something.

Anyhoo, good scare material.
