I didn't even watch the video and I feel mortified. Though I don't really watch the show as is, I am pretty sure that this can only be inferior and creepy.

Basically, the other bronies are fearing for their lives, they know this is going to be terrible, and I agree. The difference is, I undersand that this film is aimed at little girls, so of course it's going to be shit. MLP was a family show, this isn't, and it will be awful, but it wom't at all ruin our enjoyment of the main show. Anybody who is butthurt about this should grow the fuck up. Also, they're remaining the same colour as to avoid giving them actual races. It's just hasbro being sneaky.

When Hasbro first mentioned the idea, the fan response was resoundingly negative, but they went ahead and did it anyway. Maybe this is their attempt to kill off the current fandom and reaffirm themselves with the intended demographic.
