Dickheads on Mopeds

So there's been a couple of guys the past few days, whizzing back and forth down my street on mopeds. LOUD mopeds. Back and forth, over and over. It's very distracting, and very annoying.
They were even doing it at 2am. 2-A-M. What sane person does that at 2am? That's just deliberately being a prick. |
