I'm slipping

Posted 09-09-2010 at 08:40 AM by STM
Yep,
Perhaps it's the stress, perhaps I don't revise enough but I'm starting to slip with my GCSE's. I wanted to become a dentist but this is becoming an increasingly unlikely dream. I'm sitting my maths modular again so that I can boos my grade as I'm 1/2% away from a D grade.

My life just keeps getting shitter.

If anyone knows a good way of revising, I've tried anything but I'm really starting to think my future life will be bollocks if I don't pull things together.

thx, STM

I know it can be hard, it was pretty confusing for me.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you don't get something, just put your hand up and say 'I don't get it'. Make them explain it to you until you get it. It is their job, after all.

Pull things together; I nearly failed my A Levels and dropped out of uni. The path is stonier down here. Dentist sounds good and achievable so if it's what you want then work to get it; don't let a few failures mess you up.

Try harder then. Or take a year off, fix yourself and try again.

This may not be the best time, but I'm pretty sure the word is "shittier".

Watch it. You've started to slip. You mixed fractions with percentages.
