	Okay, so Zimbabwe is an example of democratic failure. I wonder if I could wing the post WW1 German government in recovery as "developing", doubt it. Saudi Arabia isn't democratic, is it? I'm sure at one point in history it qualified as developing... Hm.

	To build off of Splats idea, the 2nd and 3rd movements of Mozarts 2nd flute concerto in D major have a combined duration of just over 11 minutes. I'm saddened that I knew that off the top of my head...
