There's a shitty ad banner across the top of YouTube. Every time I log onto the site I get this waddling at me:

Yeah, people come in all shapes and sizes. I don't have a problem with that at all. What I do have a problem with is something that takes up a significant proportion of my tiny 17" screen being waved in my face, and not by my choice (unless I don't go to YouTube), that's supposed to be sexy, even though it isn't...

It's so... FLAT! Ick! Begone, ugly flat arse which isn't sexy! *shakes fist*

(Yeah I'm aware people may not agree with me - There are as many physical sexual tastes as there are body shapes. I just find this a little gross for some reason.)

The rest of the ad is as serious as any ad for a music TV show feature can be. If I felt it was meant to be mocking something I wouldn't have as much of a problem with it.

Yeah I'd use one but the one I tried a while ago that I can't remember the name of also blocked vids on The Escapist for some reason. I want mah Zero Punctuation!

Ads haven't really bothered me until now.

I've never had any banner ads in Youtube, but I've almost always had those annoying ads that you have to watch before a video.

I do have adblock now, but about a month ago, I didn't.
