Can I call you Coby? It's the name written on your phallic USB cap. I'm calling you Coby anyway.
This letter is regarding your apparent control of when the buttons on you work or not. Particularly the volume shifters and song switchers. Allow me to be the first to say fuck off with that crazy shit.

Sadly, a LOT of name brands including cheap Toshibas, Philips, Magnavox, etc, etc actually re-badge Funai's shit because its CHEEP. So you don't know what you're getting any more.
