So Sekto, you're basically saying that it should be completely obvious to me that I'm a freak? I don't know how to take that.

How did you answer the questions? A counsellor I was seeing prescribed me a shitload of antidepressants and other pills because, half asleep and grumpy, I filled out her multiple choice 'personality test' based on how mopey I felt at that particular moment. My guess is you filled it out with the 'dark' answers so you'd seem super cool and edgy, because that's what I'd do.

I think Sekto's saying you should do a bit of introspection rather than depend on the mighty gigantic brain of whoever designed this very professional test with the eerie red text before coming to any conclusions. It's not like OWF is short of abnormals, anyhow.

Wow that thing said I was highly Histrionic, which means being a constant attention seeker. That makes absolutely no sense considering I said no to those types of questions and am the opposite of an attention seeker.

Pfft, some of these questions can't be answered with "yes" or "no", nor are some of them that well defined. I had to think a little about the questions where I didn't have a definitive answer on and answered them depending on if I felt either very slightly positive or negative. Read the disclaimers carefully and don't take the results of this test so literally.

EDIT: For example my answers to the questions about OCD aren't actually as definitive as "yes" or "no". So they're wrong which is why it's marked me as having high OCD even though I know it's not as bad as that.

Has anyone put the exact same answers in twice to see if it's just random? You should do that. I won't because I know I'm hot shit.

There is a personality test out there that has questions built in that don't serve to find out what personality disorder you have, but rather if you are fucking the test with your god damned edginess and curve the test to match it. It's like 500 or 600 questions and I'm sure you can find it somewhere on the interwebs.

Also fun fact, if you have ever seen the Rorschach test before, it can never be used to properly assess your personality. The whole thing is based that there is no outside influence on what you see and describe. That is impossible if you have ever seen it before because your mind will immediately make that connection.

All good personality tests do that. One common question in tests used by job recruiters is 'Do you read all the newspaper every day?' No-one actually reads every single article in the paper, but people trying to make themselves sound good will answer 'Yes'.

As someone who has filled out many job applications I can say I've never seen that one. I do know as far as jobs go, you always go with completely disagree or completely agree. You sound too wish washy if you don't.

I don't like tests like these, I tend to find myself giving answers that will produce an inaccurate result as the test will make an incorrect assumption based on it. For example:

Do you often feel like people are saying negative things about you behind your back?

Well no, but that is only because I don't consider myself sufficiently important to be the subject of other's gossip.

But they're nothing to be taken seriously.

This is good to know, besides, there are no where near enough questions to accurately determine your results.
