Hello folks!


So, I can't remember where or not I posted here but basically my GF suffers from asthma, but can't afford insurance, medical bills or any of that shit to get it sorted properly. Any way, we're looking at buying her a CPAP machine to help her breathe. My girlfriend is waking up twice every night now from asthma attacks and she's rapidly working her way through the little medicine she has left.

Why am I writing about it here though?

Activity on OWF has been looooow.

I'm nearly half way through my trip now and I just got back from Arkansas (ha!) from a Renaissance Fayre. After catching a throat infection I made a couple of knives at my friend's bf's blacksmith forge, which was rather interesting, I felt so manly it was amazing. Oh and I ate some raw beef. So I'm hoping I'm not one of the few people that end up with e. coli and tape worms and stuff.

Just over three weeks until I fly out to the USA now. This shitty weather better blow over though because if my flight's grounded I have no idea what happens. I'm not gonna try and hide the fact that this holiday is a personal journey to 'find myself'; since I crashed and burnt in regards to getting into university, the path my life has taken in the last seven years has suddenly been altered significantly. Got me Visa to travel to the US for seven months. I wanted to yell Glory to Arstotzka when they told me they'd accepted my application.

Oh, also I think I got screwed over by someone pretending to be in need of money. Might have lost £5 to some random Eastern European lady.
