This laptop is pretty dated and I think I'm up to the challenge of buying myself a desktop.

Now I am not going to waste my money investing in a Taylor-made system like an Alienware-PoS 6000 with extra overclocking abilities (derp).

I'm going to build it from the ground up starting from the motherboard which shouldn't be too expensive, hell I've seen some going for $80 which is over the top for my light gaming.
What I'm aiming for is a Motherboard that costs $100 dollars or so as a high mark.

I saw an Nvidia Geforce 560GTX TI going for $128 at my favorite PC hardware store, this is a graphics card that I have seen going for $400 brand new or some retard would try and sell it online for $800 because of their 13 year old sons debt to his house which he burnt to the ground with his new Alienware Derpstation 7000 which he forgot had no retard proof cooling installed (what a moron).

Anyway Ram is dirt cheap for me at around $65-$90 and that's either 2GB-4GB although I don't know if cost varies from DDR2-DDR3.

Today I will be checking the prices for Motherboards and see what I can dig up.

This is the first status update out of ~ (unknown at this point). And no I will not flood the blog page with allot of updates, thank you.

Just thought I'd install Ubuntu on top of windows and now I can say that it's going to get better...

Let me explain.

Minecraft's performance in linux is far more better than in windows, Steam is coming to linux soon (as announced in April this year) and there are allot of new things that I have missed.

I know and love allot of programs that I already use, so that's a big win and WOO00OOOOooT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11one!! for me.

So if you think the performance of OpenGL is going to be shit in terms of what it's like in OSx, you're dead wrong. In fact they are sorting out issues regarding performance within loading shaders and... stuff.

I never even did much in the ways of "Windows" anyway, Linux has proven to overcome it because there is no barrier for me in terms of my favorite software.

Oh and expect Gabe Newell to run around in a penguin suit because he doesn't like Windows 8 personally and favors Linux over Windows... And Microhard-shit-thingy... You get the idea.

He said he loved Linux before he became a Micro$oft employee and that he always wanted to port Steam and it's games to Linux. He also plans to take it "further", Whatever the hell that means.

Also Left4Head 2 is going to be the first game to port since they're already testing it hence why I said testing performance with shaders.

Just brought Minecraft and now it's finally a registered version, I no longer have to search for every update and get cracked versions.

I also have happy news: My clan is Back!!!11one!!!

NomNom are back in business, so I talk to them on Skype and play Minecraft with them and I also play some League of Legends (I'm still a level 6 newfag) but hey, it's fun!

Got a Samsung Galaxy for my birthday, played through Angry birds in the like, eh.... It's really handy for email alerts, especially if I'm at Tech.

2. Because of idiots, my Monday now sucks.

3. Idiots don't know how to follow the Human rights act of 1993 in this country and think it's okay to say weather or not I can eat during stupid maths classes with some old ignorant man who won't even listen to a word I say.

4. Got home, it's raining, I probably have to put up with another 5 minutes tomorrow of the crap but on a different level.

This place isn't like University/College at all, it's a facility of which that allows idiotic teenagers to get an excuse for not being at school and that everyday they treat it as a nightclub or a High School.

I probably shouldn't post this here, but I feel like letting it out somehow without killing some of those people. Although I am not one to do that I was just using that as a figure of speech, I'd rather see themselves get kick out for their lack of attendance.


TLDR: I don't like Weltec because it may be too simplistic for me and that a PROPER University/College may be an option, I was told that I should only consider this for next year.

So I texted my dad to see if I could go with up for a Truck road-trip on a Friday Night, this really gives me an opportunity to see if Monster® Import™ Energy drink is better than what I usually have.

We get back at around 5-6am in the morning and that gives me a couple of hours of sleep for my Brother's 21st birthday. Now my brother Shanon is kindof depressed and has to take meds and so he had to spend a little more time in the hospital. :(

I hope he gets better, I really fucking hate hearing that he's depressed to a breaking point (he almost committed suicide). :|

I guess the only good thing is that he's a really good but weird comedian: He has this photo of him on Facebook [spoiler]fagbook[/spoiler] Where he's inside a plastic looking body bag, he looks like he's dead and his friend did the same photo. :happy:

I recently have got a check for $200 in the mail and an email regarding me getting a new computer, all I have to do is get a bank account and I can have more money to get a nice desktop of my choice. I just hope it goes well and that I choose one that's right for me.

oh...and uh.... I'm .......... Sorry I guess to all of you, you thought you knew me well and I guess I turned our good relationship into a shit one and ended up almost getting banned, well it was a misunderstanding and I took things the wrong way, you took things the wrong way and now I fell like an asshole. :banghead:

My clan NomNom's leader cheated on his girlfriend and then vanished from the internet for some reason.

Everyone that was left, well just that, Left.

I talked to one of them days ago and he said that when he gets into contact with the leader he's saying that he's leaving and not working with him anymore for development purposes.

Where I come in is that I have left too and have joined a steam group whom we talk through our microphones (just like in NomNom) except NomNom was hosted on Ventrilo.

I love my new group and everyday there's always something to laugh about. :happy:

1. Our internet is limited (I have a download/upload limit of 40GB) I always wanted unlimited but can't with this ISP and this is the only ISP I can trust to have fast broadband.

2. I don't want to be known as a sheep fucker world-wide, to be honest I live in the Sub-urban area of the capital. I don't see any sheep anywhere unless I travel up north (4-8 hour drive).

3. People here are too ignorant so they don't listen to a word you say and the general public are either fucking Guido's or absolute retards who don't think straight" (Expect to be insulted just about everyday here).

4. I want to live elsewhere, I'm tired of this place.

5. Computer/computer part prices are through the roof (in australia everything is half the price of the stuff here except for car registration).

I guess the only upside is that I'm alive. :banghead:
