San Luis Obispo referenced in video game

Of course, SLO has been mentioned in the credits of all the Oddworld games. This is different. Sam & Max: Season 2, Episode 3 - Night of the Raving Dead had the eponymous heroes teasing a Frankenstein's monster for his accent and asking him a bunch of questions that had him responding with "Monte Carlo" or "Anti-pesto". The last one was "What Californian coastal town is the home of the university CalPoly?" Unfortunately the monster didn't know the answer but I giggled myself silly for the next five minutes.

So wierd to think that thousands of people will be playing this game and the words "San Luis Obispo" will be naught but a collection of syllables to them. Whereas to me, it's a beautiful town and a bunch of really good friends.

Also, I can't remember whether I've mentioned this yet but the OWI studios still had 'Oddworld Inhabitants' printed on the front and back doors as of last April when I was last there.
