I have issues meeting my basic physiological needs. My hygiene is fine (even though I said so myself), but I wage a bloody war against my internal clock, and having been busy with school work these past couple of weeks my already paltry, almost absent diet has gotten worse than usual. As well as falling short of my own energy requirements, I have forgotten an entire food group.
I realised this upon preparing to brush my teeth, looking in the mirror and seeing the the plain signs of scurvy staring back at me. Yes, the old sailor's disease is real, and it really does a number on your oral epidermal tissues. *wolfs down orange juice*. |
