Yey. Blogs. Well anyway, they seem like fun so far and I have an idea for a roleplay. I'm just lying in wait for when one dies and when I get more research done on it for the peoples that shall appear.

Well anyway....It has a biiiig mansion full of vykker people, and a hidden evil that must be discovered....But mostly people will be giving out therapy, cleaning up the mess and doing whatever else fits in the job description of catering to a whole family of nuts. I figured with lots of work to do, people won't get bored like with the Lulu's Oddysee disaster. (The flooding of death, or people just sitting around saying: .....Now what?)

Sooooo....Anyone have any advice for when the time arises? Like what you like in a roleplay? Or what makes W@RF soooo good that makes it have sequels?

Open endedness. that's why it's so popular. Even though the idea is already openended, try making it even more so by having *room for rent...we're not picky* sign on the front door. Now all types of freaks will want to move in. Now all you have to do is just think up a bunch of possible plots (ones that could run on for quite a while) for future use when things get slow.

Cool, thanks...Well I kinda had the rent idea anyways, and the people there will probably cause all kinds of trouble that needs solved.

Aaaaand now I have ideas for some reward system thing where people can be good and get rewarded with a picture request...Fun.

Why is W@RF so popular? The idea is something that is interesting. Pretty much every single animal can be in there that we have seen so far can be there. There isn't a specific idea that goes on in there. I think it gets harder for new ideas, because there weren't much of a plot going on in previous ones. There was a pretty popular one in the Non Oddworld Literature section, and that was really a pretty open ended idea. Making it too open-ended can be hard actually. Yet that's another idea.

Although, Bullet Magnet has been wanting us to make RPG games that actually have a plot to it. It's hard in these cases, since not too many people are willing to make a story. And plus, it would be under the title, god modding.
