My housemate is a Spherical Earth skeptic

Not really a Flat Earth-er but she has some serious questions. I think maybe she's into the whole "concave" theory but I don't like to pry too much since she's also my landlord.

Also the moon and the sun are roughly the same distance from the Earth.

I think she has her reservations. And she ain't a flat earther. She's a skeptic of the currently propagated model! She also bought all this orgonite to put around the house. This cancels them out so I think I can use a microwave now but she doesn't want me to for my own nutritional benefit.

Although she has a sense of humour about how crazy she sounds - despite being into all things hippie.

Maybe if I had your zest Nep I'd use the microwave as my assertion. But stove porridge is nicer, I don't reheat food because I eat it all and I'm not a fan of microwaveable meals.
