Glad to hear your brain seems to be all back together, not gonna lie I was a little worried after you left in a hustle. Deep down though I had a feeling you'd return good as ever. Cutting back hard on the weed sounds like it really helped. Fuck knows it helped me, though I do enjoy a toke now and then with friends... it can put things in perspective (especially creative bullshit), but too much and I just start going crazy...er. oh funny just the other day I was considering taking them down. But hey, if someone likes them I'll look into starting up again.

I believe this is the first time I've seen Varrok not give a sarcastic or joking response.

First of all, it's good to see you back.

Second of all: for quite a few years now, I thought the whole joke was that everyone knew but didn't say anything! I was playing along with the people that were playing along, so I thought every old man joke was a subtle wink to the fact that we all knew it was bullshit. In some cases maybe it was, in other cases maybe not...(sorry to disappoint, Mr. Bungle!).

But it all stemmed from when I joined, which was at the beginning of my entire internet "career" - I'd heard a bunch of stuff off my parents about safety and stuff, and I thought if I equalled/exceeded the age range of the sort of "predator" they talked about, I'd be in the clear. Realised after a while that that's just stupid, I have common sense and just using that is enough, rather than outright bullshitting, but by that point, I thought, "fuck it, it's quite funny", so I kept it going.

So in truth/a nutshell: I was initially interested in a medical career (high school), then got into music (end of high school). Then I wanted a career in psychology (6th form). Then persisted with music, which is now what I study and do to earn money (I couldn't handle a "real" job, I hate being told what to do, especially when it's something I don't want to do, like picking clothes up off the floor at TK Max or serving food or something). I still think I want to study psychology at some stage, though.
