Today I went to a trainee management all day interview. All the other applicants were black and at the icebreaker the two ladies (One of which was the most attractive girl I have ever seen) were paired up together. For the 'Things you have in common' question, one of them said 'Uhhh we both have black hair and uh, we're both black!' and started laughing raucously and I didn't know if it was okay for me to join in..

Scrababyac? haha oh dear.. Well anyway..... There's no lawsuit, and if an employee doesn't like it, they can fuck off IMO. If they can't hack a few harmless jokes, they are obviously not set up for criticism. I like my boss, he does more than just what a manager does. He's been there when I was rushed to A&E, he practically got me my place at university and he's also paid for courses for me to go on such as BII personal selling license etc. The company had also gained a £2.3Million profit, and have opened a third business since he has worked there and sales have increased by around 60% So I don't think he's THAT much of a fucking idiot.
Well anyway I'm done now. I've got more things to worry about other than someone else's place of work, so I'm not losing any sleep over this petty argument.
