i have a habit of blowing things out of proportion. not long ago i compared schools forcibly having kids shave all their hair off because of headlice to the Holocaust. not the same thing. still bad but not quite on the same level of bad.

exactly. i can only assume they wanted to save money or something, i dunno. it was a conversation about something that happened locally years ago though, like early 90's. nothing like that goes on now, and if it does it certainly isn't legal or accepted, not that it was back then either.
