The condition of my right hand has gotten so bad that starting tomorrow I'm going to take a break from using my computer entirely for a few days to see if that helps

My right index finger is constantly numb and the wrist feels like it'll snap at any second. If I have got tendonitis then I'm only making it worse and worse by keeping this up

I'll probably get a support for both my hands. Just in case

Also in other news I actually quite badly need glasses and am getting them next week

It feels like my whole body is falling apart but maybe having a time out will be good and not just for the wrists

Don't get up to any mischief while I'm gone and I hope I see you all soon
