You guys got to follow my attempts to lose weight pretty closely. I'm sure most of you remember how out of shape I was before I started doing this. Anyway, I stopped trying to lose weight a few months ago, and started concentrating more on just gaining muscle. I'm nowhere near where I want to be yet, but I'm far enough along to feel comfortable doing this:

and that makes me happy.
Excuse the grainyness. I had to zoom in, and was not so in love with my new body that I wanted to try twenty more times to get a picture that had good quality.

	I don't even bother going to the gym anymore. I just do a lot of push ups, crunches, squats, and calf lifts every night.

	Aye, that's what I did when I worked out, I never wasted a penny a the gym, just bought myself some dumbbells and did crunches, planks and push ups. It's hard to tell from the picture coz of the grain but are you working on definition now or is it already there?

	Have achieved a decent amount of definition. Working on adding more. I'll take another pic in a couple of weeks, and I'll try to make it suck less. p.s. the pic didn't look this grainy on my phone. It looks a great deal worse blown up like this.

Gradual increase is all I want. Plus, it isn't very easy to get to the gym, being a single dad and all. I have no help with my daughter in terms of baby sitting, or even monetarily, as one of the conditions of April giving me custody was that I wouldn't ask for child support. I have a girlfriend, but she lives an hour away, and we only see each other on the weekends, and usually one other day during the week when I drive down there to hang out for a couple hours after work. So, it's home work out, or nothing.
