i thought 2009 was pretty good too, at least the first half.

i tend to judge those years in halves because they were high school days.

2008 was the year I finished primary school, and easily one of the best years of my life so far. It was relaxing, stress-free and fun. The work was easy, my friends were great and I was just coming to grips with my natural talent for music. No other year has been that consistently full of ups. Everything can seem great now, but at the end of the day there's always something waiting to fuck me up just around the corner. Not in '08.

I miss 2008.

6 BC was the favourite, at least at one point, since that's when the Roman census took place. Other shizzle might have come up since then.
