Internets, Ponies, and Life

Finally back after a 2 week break without internet. You can only play Abe's Oddysee and Abe's Exoddus so many times in one day before it gets a little tiring. But anyway, glad to be back. I managed to release my update for Slig Suicide which I've wait a wile to do, so that's good.

I started watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, just to see what it's like. I'm currently about 6 episodes in. Meh, it's nothing special. I certainly don't think it deserves the fan base it managed to pull, in my opinion.

Oh, and I got hit by a car so I'm working from my bed.

I'm glad you at least gave the series a try, that's why it doesn't bother me if you don't like it, people have different tastes. Now, the people who judge other people for watching a show they've never fucking seen, god.
I just want to pull their small intestines out and hang the person with them. That's what they fucking deserve, there's nothing fucking wrong with me, for fucks sake.
I have a question, though: If you don't like the show why are you 6 episodes in? I was exactly the same as you, "meh, there's nothing special about it", but I just kept on watching, as if it was pulling me towards it. At about episode 12 I was hooked, and I haven't looked back since, I even have a mug!

Unlucky about the car.

I actually got hit by a car yesterday. Or, rather, the rear wheel of my bike was nudged by an SUV driven by a blind guy.

I pictured Ray Charles behind the wheel, beaming that big grin.

"Soooorrry, man! Didn't see you there, dig! We cool?"

He then propels the car forward while belting out a mad riff on a keyboard where the steering wheel should be.

You then realize Ray Charles is dead and the car vanishes into thin air.
