Cheating you of money

A couple of years ago I found a video where somebody dropped a coin on a Sonic 3D cartridge when it was being used, after the coin hit the cartridge, a level select screen would appear, I actually tried the trick and couldn't get it to work, last night, when playing Sonic 3D, I accidentally hit my foot on my Mega Drive/Genesis and the level select screen appeared, I made a video about it which is embedded below.

You can type in a cheat code to get to the same menu, by pressing

B A RIGHT RIGHT A C UP DOWN A

Which spells out "Barracuda"

OH MY GOD. I didn't even realise anyone else had ever done this! I used to do it all the time to get to the level select screen, especially because the special stages were so damn hard. I used to hit the top of the cartridge really hard with my fist and the screen would pop up. It makes me cringe when I think about how much damage that would do and how careless it was.

Well, it's actually "Can't we all just get along? Now, I need somebody to explain this Oddworld thing.", but unbelieveably I wasn't actually making a reference to that.

I don't remember you forcing it though, that might have been before I joined.

I tried to write down all our memes once. It did not go well.
