I don't know, it does hurt a bit on the chest when I cough. I'm just trying to drink a lot of juice and hot drinks and get some rest but I can't hold the coughing, it hurts if I try to resist it for longer than 10 seconds.

Some kind of irritant might have gotten in your lung. If that's the case, the coughing may eventually dislodge it, but you can only cough for so long before you end up hurting yourself.

No, I don't smoke. And we did have baseball today at school so a lot of dust in there... but still, I have had the cough for a few days now so it couldn't be just that.

Fuck me, no one ever just goes to the doctor on this forum do they? Cough more, drink water, take more cough syrup, try honey, or go to the doctor, y'know, the guy qualified to diagnose your illness.

Not everyone has insurance.

Actually don't. That'd probably make it worse. Just give it a couple days, drink lots of green tea, and take cough medicines. Even if it doesn't seem like it, they are working.

I did say 'Get' rather than 'Buy'. The implication was that they'd need to be prescribed by a doctor.

I had to clarify after I had a mental image of him waling into a chemist and saying "gimmie some antibiotics" in a really low, gruff voice. He was also wearing fingerless gloves and a beanie.

Of course we do have a good health insurance here, I just haven't visited a doctor yet because I got the cough only a few days ago and till yesterday, it wasn't that bad. At least now I can breathe well and I don't have to cough all the time. And fuck off STM.

I just thought it was ironic that you complain about me not seeing a doctor when you were the one who said you hate doctors and won't go see one when people were telling you to go see one.

Not necessarily ironic, I never said I wasn't included in my statement, I hate doctors but I still go when I need to, hell I had to go about a month ago.

Also try getting a syrup or something,try hot milk with sugar that might help,helps me but it does have an strange taste.
