I would like to be clear that April is being very reasonable right now, and this is not a situation where we are going to be having a court battle. While I appreciate the place that Sekto's sentiment comes from, April is not a cunt. She didn't love me, and we both did a lot of things that were unfair to the other person. I made a lot of mistakes in that relationship, some of them quite large. I do think that I may not have made those mistakes if I had been coming home after working seventy hours a week to someone who seemed marginally happy to see me, and who didn't stalk me on the internet looking for reasons to be angry with me, and ultimately looking for reasons to leave me, but that still doesn't excuse some of the things I said and did. She wasn't happy with me, and she deserves to be with whoever she wants.

She and I have worked out a solution that works very well for me. My daughter is going to be living with me, unless she surprises me in some way at court, and that makes me very happy.
