They Finally Did It!

You might remember that about a year ago I made a blog post about a friend who was sadly murdered.

Well, between that time and now numerous people have been arrested on suspicion but nothing seemed to be getting anywhere.

But today, in the local paper, it said that two men that were arrested admitted to committing manslaughter. They also found that they stole DVD's a laptop and some cash during the incident.

Such a relief off my mind now after 1 whole year!

Manslaughter is definitely not good news.

Good that justice has been served, but it'd be much better if there was no killing to begin with

What's the consequnce/jail-term for manslaughter in the UK? I feel like it might be the death penalty, but I also feel like that is completely incorrect.

There is no death penalty in the UK. The closest we've got are life imprisonment or extradition to the US
