It's where your ribs and the sternum grow weirdly, producing a caved-in appearance in your chest. You're usually born with it or develop it during puberty.

Doesn't want to google image it, but if you have it, there's probably some form of self treatment, go to a doctor and get it looked at, I find myself repeating something said to me here, but even if you feel embarrassed by it, the doctor won't be.
