Drink

Just got a constructon job done in my house. If you're easily bored, either read the summary at the bottom or hit that back button. I'm going to brag about my bar. Either like it or lump it.

I have finally, after all these years, managed to get a bar built in my house. It's fantastic. I stocked up on cocktails and martinis and store them on a shelf behind the bar which is covered by a red curtain. I also put my vinyl next to it, so I can listen to music while I drink. It's like being in the days that I missed by twenty years. Has a great retro feel.

It cost me more money than I wish to admit. My wife isn't a big fan of it. She's more of a modern person. She wants me to take it down. After all the money and work that went into it, I told her she can get stuffed. I hardly ever get the chance to buy such expensive luxuries.

Seriously. Bars are good. Now I don't have to go out. My friends can get free drinks over here. Though not to often. I don't want to upset the missus.

To make it up to her, I've bought her a laptop. I'm almost fucking broke.


In a nutshell, I got a bar, and I'm happy with it.
