So we went out to the Pallitative Care center where grandpa is today.

He's really losing it, like, he can't remember where he is or how he got there and can't keep track of time. But the worst part is that he's aware he's losing it, so it's even more awful to watch.

I did my best to cheer him up though, with some freshly-picked grapes I got for him. He says he wants those dark ones next time though.

I hope there is a next-time.
