My lack of patience is what I hate about myself, I was excited when I got this e-mail, until I saw the date, now I feel like a total ass for bitching about my ex buggering off for 3 months...

But, judging by the date, is this real?

Forgive my English, but does that mean you can't get a refund until March 16th or you can't get the refund after March 16th?

It would seem that you can get the refund up until March 16, Dyn.
Anyways, I would hate it if a concert I was going to was delayed for so long.
