My time here at the forums has been littered with gaps (regarding forum activity), and some of these gaps are very large.

This in itself is not that important to me, but now that I'm in an on-period type of thing, I find that I don't really have that much to post about. I want to contribute to the forums, to be a part of the community, but in most threads I feel that I either have little knowledge of the topic or no interest in it. Sometimes it's a combination of both. I am bothered by this, and I want to change it, but I don't really see how I can. Knowledge is readily available, but if only interest could be acquired with such ease...

I'm by no means saying I'm going to leave the forums (a notion that very few members would care about any way), but I am instead simply broadcasting something that's been on my mind for quite some time now. I don't expect many comments or views, but I just wanted to add something.

It's been ages since I've seen you around. To be honest I'm not as interested as I used to be in this, but I find the odd thing to post about. I'm sure you'll get your mojo back soon if you keep at it

Don't feel bad, i feel the same way sometimes. Your best bit i guess would be to start a topic that does interests you.

@ E'l Scrabino - Think we're in the same boat with this. This is one of the reasons I sit about reading this board while not having much to say. ... And spam up the minecraft topic. Also my sense of humour sucks, which is probably why I can't relate to half the people here. Don't worry about it though. Interesting stuff still happens.

Then take something that you do have interest in and knowledge of and contribute that to the forums. Most topics here are based on stuff the creator already knew.
