I'm an extra in the new Batman movie

What the title says.

They're filming a large portion of the film here in my city under the working title "Magnus Rex". They're casting extras and bit parts (thugs, prisoners, students).

They said I'm in, but filming isn't for another month and I don't know yet what I'll be playing. Most likely I'll just be "that guy in the background for two seconds".

Still... OMFG IM IN BATMANS!!!!

They don't allow any cameras or cell phones. It's a closed set. But if I do manage to spot myself in the actual film when it's released, I'll be sure to post it here.

I have an oddworld shirt I could wear. Depends on how they want me to dress. If I get a more specific part, they're going to be picky about my wardrobe.

I actually attended the auditions with a miniature foam Banao attached to my pants. My friend said he had to do a double take because he thought I had whipped out my pecker.

Good for you! Be sure to give Christian Bale what for if he gets in your grill.
They made a big point of telling us not to attempt to talk/interact with the actors in any way while on set. I couldn't help but imagine Mr. Bale sitting idly while his assistants ward off unruly fans with a cattle prod.

Get a hat made that says "Christian Bole' or something and wear it around until they tell you to take it off.

Better yet, prrrrabobaly a goo idea to ignore just about any suggestions I make other than "do good acting".

Extra work is fun. Make sure to hit up craft services, even if you have to do so stealthily. Some of the best food I've ever had has been provided by craft services on various sets.
