Worst night of my life?! You decide!

Friday 13th

4am: Finish revising for the night

5am: Wind down, watching a show or two and IRC chatting

6am: Go to sleep. Take sleeping tablet instead of wind pill and set alarm for 11:30am to catch psychologist appointment at 12:45

3pm: Wake up. Feel terrible and drowsy. Realize my mistake. Curse myself.

4pm: Lick my wounds and revise. Have breakfast and other shit

6pm: Watch a movie to break the revision monotony

8pm: Revision sesson with flatmate. I know my shit.

10pm: Have dinner, continue revision

Saturday 14th

1am: Finish revising for the night. Set alarm for 7:30am and climb into bed. Do not accidently take sleeping pill

1:30 am: Cannot get to sleep, feel somewhat uncomfortable in my gut

2am: Read a book until I feel drowsier

2:30am: Go to the toilet, have diarrhea. Roll around in agony for a while

3am: Go back to toilet, have constipation this time. Start feeling anxious

3:30am: Still can't sleep. Stay in toilet until I start shitting up blood. Heart starts beating like crazy, beginning of an hour long anxiety attack

4am: Full of terrible wind. Can't stop burping. Hate my life

4:30am: Get pissed off trying to sleep whilst rolling around in discomfort/pain. Go on internet to bitch at friends. Phone university helpline because I need to talk to an actual voice before I go crazy from the stress

4:45am: Finish talking to nice girl over phone. Calm down a little and try to get to sleep

6:30am: Wake up. Am tired and shitty but at least I didn't sleep through my exam

7am: Write story on OWF with unnecessary amounts of TMI

	Oh and I'm having chronic insomnia and sleepless nights every ten days or so and my perma-cold keeps getting worse. Am I dying?

	Insomnia is one of the worse things ever, and meaning to wake up for something important, but missing it is one of the worse feelings ever. I recently missed a really important test thing because of that shit. I know my bouts of it come and go, so I hope you get out of it soon. It seems once you get the sleep back other things get better.

	OANST legacy? I've had quite bad bowel issues since half-way through my London stint. Still haven't been able to fix it properly, but much better than I was at first. First person to mention prolapse is perma-banned. I feel your pain Alcar...

	Maybe you caught bowel troubles from OANST when you swapped accounts. That was around '08. EDIT: Now that I think about it, it may have been last year.
